The constituent reports a car detailing vehicle at the service location is causing a noise disturbance and taking up parking space. The constituent states there is currently a generator that is keeping residents up late at night and the workers are using substances, leaving trash behind and reports last year residents experienced the same thing. The constituent reports they have reported the issue numerous times and they have not resolved the issue. The constituent also states the individuals who are operating the van are dismissive and reports retaliation after reporting.
