Description
The case isn't resolved, the property line ends & the tree continues. You shouldn't have to move to the street side or duck to walk down a public sidewalk. So exactly how much of the public sidewalk are they allowed to block before it rises to the level of a violation? Someone wasted city resources to come out & take pictures from the side angle & call it good?
