- 247 Heath st and Lawn st vacant lot and adjacent lot needs to be cleaned. RATS are running rapid at night between both lots it’s been over a month as you can see nothing has been done to either lots these lots do not get cleaned on a regular basis.Trash in both yards and the adjacent lot get used as a dog poop dump!
