Description: Damn TA is staging railroad track at the Fenway T stop at 1 AM in the morning. This has persisted until at least 2:30 AM. The trucks that they’re using create a lot of noise and use backup sirens. There is no reason why this work could not be done during the day. This is completely unacceptable. Please instruct maintenance cruise not to work after 10 PM and before 7 AM.
