Description: 20 Pearl Street in Dorchester, MA is still operating as a Short Term Rental in units in Apt 1F and Apt 2. “Owner” of Homestay Boston, Daniel Rodrigues aka Daniel Valadao, who resides at 65 Harvest St in Dorchester’s Polish Triangle Neighborhood. A lot of homeless, and drug addicts are staying on property, as well as multiple UNDOCUMENTED illegals, including his cleaner. Has been reported multiple times to the city of Boston and its office of Inspectional Services. Booking.com and other platforms have been made aware, and the State Police have also been notified. His lease at 65 Harvest St (where he rents rooms as short term illegal rentals) ends at the conclusion of summer. Have spoken with landlord Matthew already.
