Description: Contractor D'Allessandro Corp has dug up and patched up the same trench in front of 120 Peterborough St 3 times in the past few months. What is going on and why do they keep digging up and patching up the same hole repeatedly. It's so loud and causes so much air pollution in this area, it seems like they are making no progress and wasting money/resources and inconveniencing everyone living on this street. Can there be proper oversight on what they are doing because it seems that they are working very inefficiently and digging up the same trench multiple times for no reason. They literally worked on patching up this trench yesterday, and this morning I saw them digging it up again. What is going on???
