- When is the illegal gate that the resident of 7 Essex st installed blocking access to the public alley be removed that connects me to access my back yard, this allows all the residents to from #3 to #21 Essex access to their back yard, also it is access for the residents of Main st also. Have public works look into it. And I believe there was never a permit issued to do this. A locked gate on a public access alley. Don’t think so. Do something!
