- Checking back in regarding the status of speed bumps being installed on Moultrie , Kenwood and Winterhurst Street in Dorchester. Moultrie Street has become an alternative route for drivers coming off Center Street because they don’t have to slow down. As a result they drive extremely fast.The same thing happens for the other two streets. We become a pass-through. The traffic is not the problem. It’s just the speed at which the traffic passes through. There’s many families with young children now on these streets and this is an accident waiting to happen. Please let me know when the speed bumps will be installed. Thanks so much.
