- Large and numerous rats (3-5 daily) running between Norfolk Terrace and Rock Road. Feeding on food not put into trash cans at 225/227 and at the dumpster on the Terrace. We have discovered 3 new holes dug in a side yard and under porch at #217. It appears there is a colony settling into this location. We have spoken with the 225/227 owners and they have made improvements, but tenants continue to put trash bags on the cement sidewalk.
