- Constituent previously submitted a case regarding issues with the sidewalk repairs that happened previously. The case was closed out but it did not address the concerns that were expressed in the first case. Constituent states that the sidewalk access valve was covered up with concrete so it is now inaccessible to whatever utility company owns it.
