Description: Please address Schoolbus #B024 why there are no students being picked up or dropped off every day it stops in front of my residence, with music playing and stays in the middle of the street for about 15-20 minutes every day between 4-5 pm And it is very annoying, then when two or three cars behind him he then moves to Rutherford ave and parks there for another 20-30 minutes Is there a reason?
