- This is actually complete unacceptable. We spoke with the construction staff who said Athens will be closed for 1 year. The residents of 388 Athens were not notified. We are blocked from our garage by BOTH constructions and are unable to leave or get to our residence with a newborn. Please have someone from the city follow up with us directly ASAP. This is actually beyond an inconvenience and is dangerous. Put up valid signs that the street is closed and figure out what to do with the parking lot so we don’t have to deal with this for another year.
