- Capitol waste mishandling trash cans and damaging vehicles slams all onto vehicle 4 different times. I’ve got so many marks on my vehicle and was wondering where they came from. Also ruined one of my 150 barrels by throwing it earlier in the year fuck this shit somebody better do something about this. My vehicle has been hit and run 3 times in the last year while parked I don’t need city workers being negligent.
