Description
Not illegal parking per se, but outside my office building there is a suspicious van parked and the occupants of that van, sans the driver, have circled the block multiple times and repeatedly stopped by the van multiple times only to continue doing the same. License plate # is C358707 and it is a silver Ford van with a 2 sticker on the driver’s side door parked on the corner of High Street and Federal Street for multiple hours now with the driver visibly trying to avoid being seen.
