- NOISE and FUMES Pollution. Leaf blowers. Loud. At a place currently with no leaves, no grass. May 29 at 2 pm. Blowing dust back and forth along driveway. Repeat. Why? We need to get some sort of ordinance to limit the noise from these machines every day. Rakes? Electric mowers? Incentives to make low maintenance yard/gardens?
