Description: I am reporting a stolen package. The package was marked as delivered on April 7th at 12:48 by DHL. The delivery required a signature, however I did not sign for the package and no one else in my family or building signed on my behalf. The delivery record incorrectly states that I signed for and received the package. After receiving the delivery notification, I checked my steps and surrounding area, but the package was not there. I also checked with family and neighbors, and no one received or moved the package. Based on the delivery information, it appears the package was either taken shortly after being left at my home or was not properly secured during delivery. The package contained shoes from Onitsuka Tiger which cost around $200. I have reached out to the shipper and merchant and neither are providing any assistance or initiating a refund. I've been trying to contact them for over a month now.
