- I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding the shutoff of water service on Peterborough St. 5/29. The ongoing construction on this street is frustrating and inconvenient. The noise from the construction vehicles reversing and the workers shouting often begins at 6:30am. This has been happening for over a year now; at the very least last year we were notified in advance when they would be shutting off the water. It has been off for 3 hours now, please help. Thank you.
