Description: I have posted the following several times over the last few years. In the alley 429 bet Hereford and Mass Ave behind 372 Marl. just off Hereford on right side the catch basin is sinking against the curb causing a 6-7 inch lip. Much higher than the other catch basins. This lip makes it difficult to get into our parking space. We have already had two flat tires and a bent rim.
