Description: The trash collectors have no regard to our residential alley. For the past 10 minutes, for whatever reason, they are currently going in reverse down our alley with the loudest echoing beeping from backing up being amplified in our alley (public alley 435) This has happened more times than I can count, multiple times per week (however most days i work early so i don’t notice as I’m out of the house) but it’s happening on weekends too. I don’t know if it’s because the other side of the alley is blocked, but i feel as though that should be figured out before entering the alley, coming all the way down, then making so much noise to reverse out. Between this happening SEVERAL times per week/weekend (always before 9am) and the 6:30am wake up every morning (Saturdays/Sundays included) from the Saltie Girl restaurant dumping bins upon bins of empty glass bottles into the dumpster, it is incredibly loud and becoming unlivable. I’m awoken (whilst wearing ear plugs) every single morning to alley disturbances. We pay a lot of money to live in this neighborhood, but the pure unnecessary noise from this alley every single morning is unbearable and inhumane.
