Park near Beach Street littered with cigarette butts and trash, Harrison Ave from Essex Street to Marginal Road sidewalks and street near curb littered with trash, cigarette packs, butts, fruit peels, wrappers, etc. SO UNPLEASANT to walk in this neighborhood. No self-respect or pride in surroundings.
