- A 6 inch access cover is missing exposing what looks like a big green PVC pipe that goes down several feet below the driveway/easement just outside the driveway of 222 Dana Ave. Hyde Park. Might be an access point for a utility shut off valve. The cover is no where to be found leaving the 6 inch open hole.
