- I live at 273 Dorchester St and rats run through my patio multiple times per night. Several of my neighbors have overgrown lots that they appear to be nesting in, as well as chewed trash bins that they can easily access. More concerning is that my adjoining neighbor has rats getting into their basement walls/ceiling. An exterminator recently sealed some entry points for them, but must have trapped some in there because one died and now there is a horrible smell coming from near our shared wall.
