- Bruce Irving in Unit #305 is at it again letting his two big dogs above my unit drop hard toys or objects above my unit. I am disabled as I said before and Animal Control cane out so I am wondering why nobody has resolved this situation. It is against the law to violate the noise ordinance in this city. How is it ok for him to have unregistered dogs per Animal Control in his Unit #305 and the City not take action against him? I don’t believe the police have been here because if they had given him a warning this would have not been going on since January.
