- Up until a couple of years ago, this BHA Housing property was consistently well kept with neatly trimmed grass and pretty flower planters at each door. Snow was shoveled promptly and always the full width of the sidewalk. Not anymore. Something changed. Now the trash barrel area is messy and overflowing, grass overgrown, litter everywhere. The planters are broken and/or full of weeds. Management has stopped managing. It looks disgraceful. The city can (and did) do better.
