- Due to the Anchor's monday night salsa the entire navy yard is filled with illegal parking. Have never seen Police presence down here, writing tickets and enforcing any sort of parking, would be able to fill their monthly quota on a single night. Also would be great to have police presence when the night ends at the Anchor. There seems no guidance from the anchor staff, Groups of attendees loiter, are loud, litter and walk out in front of traffic. This is a residential area that is being disrespected every Monday night.
