Description
The construction at 5 Monument Street continues to disrupt the neighborhood and has now led to direct damage to our property. See the attached pictures, which include proof of the excavator on my driveway damaging my storm drain. I would like the city to enforce that the developer of 5 Monument Street repairs this damage to my property and the property of my neighbors at his own expense.
