- Constituent is reporting items dumped in the rear of their address at 955 Massachusetts Ave. Constituent states they have had multiple cases submitted to Code Enforcement previously (101006646164, 101006644586, 101006641513), andhas received closure notes stating that those items would be set to be collected, but it's been weeks and that hasn't occured.
