- It’s that time of year again where people begin to loiter and become sexually active in public spaces in the middle of the night. Couples, homeless, and addicts come to this playground at night to do all sorts of inappropriate activities. This all goes unnoticed by police and city officials every year. Neighbors call the city and police and no permanent solution is available for this issue.
