- Ongoing violation of the Boston Municipal Code (Chapter 16, Section 26). A private waste hauler is servicing a commercial dumpster on Gaffney Street behind Dollar Tree in Brighton, 02215 daily between 6:00 a.m. and 6:30 a.m. The backup alarms and dumpster slamming exceed 50 dBA. The trucks are making unreasonable and excessive noise, and are in violation of decibel limits.
