Description
Constituent says that twice now, people have dumped a truck load (3-4 yards) of dirt and mulch/woodchips respectively in front of the gate, and not much has been done about it. Asking for it to be removed, it's a legal/commercial building in a residential area, owned for 30 years. | Witnessed incident: [No] Case related to commercial waste: [Yes]
