- Where do residents park? Why is the state (our tax dollars) providing any garage parking for free for the residents impacted. This is right in front of my condo and the noise unbearable concrete cracking. I have to park 25 minutes away and take a Lyft 24 dlrs roundrrip?! Why do we have pay to park and waste time looking for parking outside the city?!?! And, where was the communication to our neighborbood of what is being worked on here and why?
