- Property at 44 Longfellow St. Dorchester 02122 ..many issues over the years. Owner never seen for years, house appears not lived , 2 cars in lot, one has been blocking sidewalk for weeks. Both cars are filled trash, windows open. Front yard always unkempt, dead branches on sidewalk and other debris. Lots of trash on front porch and side yard..no trash ever put out on garbage day. During winter the sidewalks are never shoveled! I have complained to 311 and I’m sure other neighbors have as well. But still a problem for many years! Can some one from the city address the owner (Allen)? I have seen violation notices I his mailbox but doubt he is aware of them. Thank you kindly for your attention!
