- Why is the city doing overnight construction on Tremont St next to apartment buildings? Who is responsible for this? It’s extremely disruptive and there is no reason why this can’t be completed during the day. It would be easy to reroute traffic considering there is a bike lane that nobody ever uses. I’ll report to my City Councilor as well.
