- I am landlord of 21 Humphreys Steet, complaint is for house next door (maybe 20 Humphreys Street) they put out their trach without barrels, lay trash bags against/along the tree that is between their house and mine (picture will show) I was given a ticket due to trash bag was put on top of barrels in my yard (trash wasn't my tenants as they had party with lots of trash and put their trash bag on my tenant's barrel inside the yard (picture will show) ticket was given to my property (21 Humphreys St.) which shouldn't as the trash was the neighbors (Blue House on left of my house if facing the houses) my tenants each have large trash and each have recycled)
