Illegal Parking

Description: The owner of this car has lived at 21 Wachusett Street for over a year and has not changed his registration but continues to park in Residential Parking. Unless something has changed, out of state cars are not eligible for a parking sticker and should not be parked in Residential Parking. I also do not think it fair that he does not pay an excise tax to the City of Boston or registration fees to the State of MA. I have lived at 20 Wachusett Street for 27 years and have always scrambled to find parking for visitors. If there is some reason that this person is acting in accord with the laws, I would appreciate knowing that so that I will allow visiting friends to park in Residential Parking. The website says that my personal information would not be shared outside of your department. I would appreciate it if you worked to correct the problem without sharing my name and address. Thanks.
