Black dump trucks with white cabins. Constituent states that they've spoken to one of them and was told that they are connected to the City and Capitol Waste. Constituent has contacted the police, but has not received assistance. States a fridge was taken from the rear of their private business. Fridge was not not public property. Ongoing for the past 4 months. Requesting a call back regarding this.]
