- Athens St is blocked off at Dorchester St while demolishing Stats. When people are exiting City Lot on W Broadway taking a right, they can’t get through and have to make a U turn and go back into the lot. Athens St is a one way heading up towards Dorchester St There s/b a sign saying no right turn. This is the first few days and would like to thank everyone who was in favor of this project and believed the traffic study that there wouldn’t be any issues .
