- There are people selling fruit cups on Atlantic Ave at the entrance to the Christopher Columbus Park. In front of the Marriot On The Atlantic Ave Side. I know last summer code enforcement confiscated their stuff 3x I have to pay a lot of money for my permits to sell goods and I know they dont have a city permit they dont have a hawkers and peddlers permit and they dont have a health code permit. They cut fruit on their lap!!!! On their lap! They steal ice from the harbor cruises I know for a fact they keep getting in trouble for stealing Ice. Something needs to be done! And they only come out after 2:00 because code enforcement wont come after 2. Please this isnt fair that ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS are SELLING FOOD WITHOUT PERMITS TO THE CITY OF BOSTON!!!!!
