- DCR or DPW need to come to Olsen park splash pad in the morning before water is turned on to lead blow all the debris out of the splash pad. To much leaves and sticks everywhere and kids are injuring their feet while running around. Plus the trash that’s being left is pretty gross. Used band aids, popsicle sticks, wrappers, and discarded food trash is a bit gross! Thank you
