- Extremely loud music AGAIN at 15 Elder St. Dorchester, 02125. Submitted a report last week. Can happen any day of the week. We don't like calling police because they're busy with life and death issues and don't seem to be able to respond. This is more than a nuisance! We can't sleep or watch TV in part of our unit when the music plays. Could someone PLEASE issue a citation?
