Description: heavy odor is collecting in the central cement courtyard between 313 allston st and 315 allston st. The smell is strong especially at night, It is a mix of sulfur/ammonia/incense-like smell. This have been happening for about a month, every night. The closed courtyard is trapping the fumes, forcing residents to breathe it in whenever windows are open. Suspected (a) someone is venting strong odor from their unit to public space AND/OR (b) the center courtyard floor drain is releasing a toxic-smelling mix of sewer gas
