- Fineberg properties, consistent mismanages waste disposal. It has become a health and safety concern. There are dozens of rats that run through their compactor and recycling bins daily. There needs to be a better system to contain waste. Leaving garbage out and bins open is not sanitary. There are dead rodents and garbage flying around, right off a busy street where people/kids walk by. This needs to be rectified.
