- Homeless person encamped directly on the Greenway at Rowes Wharf. This person has encamped under one of the umbrellas for the past 2-3 weeks. I noticed because I live across the street and have a direct view of the greenway. I started recognizing the same person was sitting there with all of their belonging about 2 weeks ago. They are still living there today as of this writing (6/16/2026). At night he migrates and sleeps under the alcove at the US Coast Guard entrance on Atlantic. And in the morning he returns to the same tables with the umbrellas.
