- Poor conditions of property. Rats/mice running around on the property. Likely from trash that they leave out after having a groups of men and women on the driveway eating and drinking in the evening and leaving trash that's attracting pest. The porch in this house have already fallen from water damage and the domer is rotten. its a safety hazard for the residents.
