- How come there’s a dumpster and a digger parked overnight on a public street with a permit that clearly says 7am - 4pm? Can someone please either fine these guys or get them out of the way so people with valid resident parking permits can use these spaces? Can machinery or dumpsters be towed? That’s what flatbeds are for, right? Otherwise I’m spending forty bucks to park my car tonight while these guys save hundreds by using daytime-only permits.
