Description: Unkempt overgrown grass | Details: [**Originally submitted as BCS-00228649** Whoever the city sent out to inspect my previous report needs to go get some glasses. The people who cut the grass at 68 Seymour St let the grass grow to 3 feet tall then cut it with no collection bag and then they just blow their grass across the street to our side instead of picking it up and then when it rains it blocks our storm drains.
