- There are rodents/RATS sighting in the backyards of BOTH 558 E 6th Street (Apt 1) and 560 E 6th St (Apt 1) yards. Both units are owner occupied and yards are next to each other and you can see multiple rats running throughout the overgrowth of grass and weeds and also yards not being maintained. The sighting of rats has only increased in the last month and both properties still have NOT done anything with their yards for years and only gets worse. Please send someone to request both owners to clean up their yards and get rid of the rats in the back of the buildings and in the easement/alleyways as soon as possible. The parking lot where I park has rats coming from their yards and it needs to be addressed as soon as possible!!! Their yards are disgusting and needs to be reported to the city ASAP!!
