- There are two pairs of shoes tangled and hanging from what appears to be a deteriorating/rotting flagpole attached to the exterior of the building. The flagpole appears to be in poor condition and may present a safety concern if it continues to deteriorate. The shoes are unsightly and have been hanging there for an extended period of time. Please inspect the flagpole and remove the shoes if appropriate. Thank you.
