- Subject: Complaint Regarding Unsanitary Trash Conditions Near Children's Playground Date: June 19, 2026 To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to file a complaint regarding an ongoing unsanitary trash condition located near the children's playground at Stone House, 1 Westminster Street, Roxbury, MA. There is a significant accumulation of trash and debris adjacent to the playground area daily where children regularly play. The condition creates a potential health and safety hazard due to the possibility of attracting rodents, insects, and other pests. In addition, the presence of garbage near an area used by children raises concerns about sanitation, exposure to harmful materials, and the overall well-being of the children attending the facility. I have also sent an email to the property manager and the Ms. Sharon Graham who is the director of the school. Ms Graham has brought it to my attention that she has requested the trash to be move several times and still it has not been resolved. The trash has created an unsightly and unhealthy environment that appears to violate basic sanitation and property maintenance standards. As a parent and concerned community member, I believe this situation requires prompt investigation and corrective action to ensure the safety of the children and staff who use the playground daily.
