- La chivas restaurant in East Boston is operating past its posted 3:00 am closing . Customers are loud and can be heard a block away . This place has been reported numerous times for various noise violations in the early am and still remains open at these times ? One case was closed because it was stated that the person who read it had no idea what to do with it ?? Have the licensing board review their operating hours or have some one actually pay a visit on a weekend between 3-4 am and they will see what the neighborhood has to deal with ..
